I have been a customer of Vegan Vato since their Farmer Market days when they cooked on a trailer. This place is the best kept secret in the High Desert. The concise menu insures that every meal is made with the freshest of ingredients. No fake meat here - mushrooms, hibiscus, Jackfruit and spices so full of flavor that you cannot believe it’ Vegan. I bring my carnivore friends here every chance I get and they are amazed. Yes, even the Marines! Don’t pass up this place. You are going to love it!
This place is a hidden gem! Food is awesome. Great atmosphere and service was great. The hibiscus protein was incredible! My new fave place!
Delicious, fresh vegan food! So happy to find this place on our way home from Vegas. Well worth trekking through the rain for today. The “fish” tacos were our favorite. The “Carne asada” was our second favorite. Ample portions. Great customer service and will be making this our food stop heading to Vegas and back 😍
